Prior to GigFlex, Mr. Schwartz was Chairman & CEO of WorkFlex Solutions, the industry leader in Intelligent Intraday Management® technologies for contact centers, Co-founded by Mr. Schwartz in 2009, WorkFlex was acquired by NICE (Nasdaq: NICE) the largest global provider of contact center workforce management systems in 2017.

Mr. Schwartz brings over 30 years of executive management experience in large-scale operational streamlining, business process transformation, strategic planning, enterprise-grade software development and managed services. He is recognized as a thought leader in employee and customer experience transformation and has been a featured speaker at many industry conferences including Frost & Sullivan, Gartner, Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (SWPP), CRMXChange, Interactions, Engage, and Customer Experience (CX).

Mr. Schwartz’s extensive industry experience includes executive management roles at major global corporations including Convergys, Compaq, Tandem, Nortel Networks and Bell-Northern Research. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of nVoq Inc., a provider of HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliant, cloud-based speech recognition and workflow automations technologies, and is Chairman of the City of Montgomery Landmarks Commission.

Schwartz earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
